Axiom Cycling Gear's Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Axiom Cycling Gear is making the health and safety of our global community, staff, and their families our top priority during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We’re not public health professionals – we make premium cycling gear – so we’re acting on the advice of local and international experts and making Axiom, and the work we do during this crisis, safer for everyone.

• Employees are being encouraged to work from home where possible.
• To ensure the safety of warehouse and other employees whose jobs can’t be done from home, we are increasing the frequency and thoroughness of cleaning and sanitizing protocols in our buildings, and temporarily eliminating access to shared-use facilities.
• We have suspended all staff travel and visitors to our facilities.

Axiom continues to provide solutions to our customers. We’re committed to delivering on purchases made at your local dealer, and providing the level of customer care you need.

Because bicycles are a sustainable, essential means of transport to so many, some areas have deemed bike shops an essential service. If you want your local shop to have the option of staying open during a Shelter in Place order, please contact your local legislator.

We are all very concerned, and our thoughts are with those who are dealing with the virus first-hand, including those who are having difficulty with the anxiety surrounding the situation.

Experts agree that active alone-time outdoors complies with social distancing practices, and that exercise is vital to fending off this virus. So, take some time for a ride to invest in your physical and mental health – Just be sure you are following specific guidelines set out by federal and local authorities, and be sure that your activity doesn’t put others at risk, and any undue strain on your local medical providers.
