There are many amazing causes and events out there. We focus our contributions on endeavours of epic proportions for environmental change around the world. We also strive to support several initiatives at the local level contributing to growth in the cycling community and steps toward more people on bikes.

Given the incredible volume of requests for support and partnership that we receive on a weekly basis, we are unable to provide sponsorships or in-kind donations and instead focus our resources on our strategic partners. The waterproof bag uses closure system similar to a dry bag. Once you pack the bag, seal the hook and loop at the top, then roll the top of the bag downwards to secure the two plastic clips, tighten the straps and you’re good to go play in the puddles!er here.

Our Lifetime Guarantee means that if any Axiom product has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free of charge. We design our gear to last a lifetime, and we stand behind its quality and durability.

Please note, our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse. To make a claim, simply return the item to the dealer or online retailer where it was purchased with your proof of purchase.

We believe that the greenest product is one you never throw away, therefore we design all our gear with replaceable parts where possible. If you need a replacement part for your product, reach out to the Axiom dealer you purchased your product from. If they do not stock a part locally, they will be able to order it through their shop or distributor.

For incomplete installation hardware please contact the dealer you purchased from, they will be able to replace your product or offer you the items needed to mount your new gear.

For all our products we recommend a professional dealer installation. Take your new rack and bike into where you purchased it from and they should be able to get it on and fitting like a glove.
